We were called in when the demolition in this Redmond 80’s private home has already been completed, however, the project was put on hold as our clients did not know how to best approach the space and what finishes and fixtures to use to achieve the look they wanted. We tackled the open space living, kitchen, and dining areas as well as two bathrooms. The challenge in designing the bathrooms was to make most use of the available space, adding a large shower in the compact master bathroom and tub/shower combination in the guest bath, as well as a good amount of functional storage. The two bathrooms were completely transformed with new layout, tile, fixtures, paint, heated floors, showers, and new cabinetry.
